When ordering large plotting volumes, please ask for a proposal!
When the image files are greater than 5 Mbyte they should be sent to us on a CD-disk or with an agreed method. Otherwise the image files could be sent by e-mail.

Received image files are kept about 15 days after delivery. Then they are erased. Disturbances may unintenionally erase files. The company has no liabilty for such loss. The buyer must send a new copy in order to fulfil the order.
Files are stored securely.
The seller disclaims all liability and claims.
